Ararat Series
With the versatile Ararat U-lock from VINZ you secure two wheelers against theft. The sturdy U-lock is made of hardened steel and can be used for both bicycles and motorized two-wheelers. The VINZ Ararat comes with mounting hardware.
The Ararat series is made to secure a motorcycle, scooter, moped or bicycle against theft. To secure your motorized two-wheeler you use the Ararat as disc brake lock. An ideal solution during a short stop, or as an extra lock next to a chain lock. A bike with the Ararat easily secured to a fixed object, such as a lamppost or fence. This prevents the bike from being lifted, which reduces the risk of theft.
The VINZ Ararat U-lock has a lockable keyhole that protects the lock from dust, water and dirt. Due to the inner dimensions of the lock (25 x 10 cm) and the bracket thickness of 16 mm, the Ararat is suitable for many disc brakes. With a total weight of about 1.8 kilograms the Ararat is a very strong but light and user-friendly lock. Partly for this reason, the lock is also suitable for cyclists. With the included mounting bracket you can also easily attach the Ararat to the frame of your bicycle.
The Ararat series is provided with the ART 4 quality rating. This means that the Ararat is suitable for most theft insurances of two wheeled vehicles (bicycles, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles). The Security Index of the Ararat is very high; 15/16. This is the second highest score. With the strong Ararat lock, your bicycle is definitely protected against theft!
