VINZ Oyu

The VINZ Oyu series is a versatile, solid (chain) lock that offers very good protection against the theft of two-wheelers. The lock features a sturdy lock body and a robust, heavy chain made of hardened steel with a loop at the end for extra reach. The Oyu series has an extra-large padlock, making it easier to use. The VINZ Oyu is available in various lengths.

With the VINZ Oyu, two-wheelers can easily be secured to, for example, a lamppost or wall anchor, so the vehicle cannot be lifted. Thanks to the steel loop at the end of the chain, the full length of the chain can be used. The Oyu also offers double security, as the padlock can also be used as a disc brake lock.

The solid and heavy chain of the VINZ Oyu is 42 mm thick, with a link thickness of 11 mm. The chain is equipped with a sturdy protective sleeve to prevent paint damage. The lock body has a closable keyhole, making it difficult for rain, dirt and dust to accumulate and giving the lock a longer service life.

The Oyu series is certified with the ART 4 quality mark. This means the Oyu is suitable for most theft insurances for two-wheelers (bicycles, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles). However, the VINZ Oyu is mainly used for motorized two-wheelers. The Security Index of the Oyu is very high; 15/16. This is the second-highest score. The longest variants (200 cm and 300 cm) of the VINZ Oyu are also often used to secure boats because of their length and ART approval.
